Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flat rate ground shipping within the United States for $7.95 per order.
Estimated delivery time for standard ground shipping is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping
We may periodically offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We also do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@everionhealth.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work to provide a replacement product or appropriate resolution when applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products may be eligible for return approval in limited circumstances. For complete details, please review our Return & Replacement Policy or contact support@everionhealth.co.
