Return & Replacement Policy

At Everion, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of wellness, personal care, and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any opened, used, or unsealed items. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and product integrity for all customers.

Replacement Eligibility

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@everionhealth.co with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement or return review:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Requests for damaged/incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests for unopened product returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used wellness products
  • Consumable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products

Return Requests for Unopened Products

In limited cases, unopened and unused items may be eligible for return approval if requested within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for further questions.
